Good book - I bought mainly for ability to make whole wheat pizza dough, and for that - it is fabulous. Obviously, none of these recipes, using the fermentation method, can be made quickly. But, they work and are delicious.
Everything I've tried has turned out great, but I do have a recipe I like better for vanilla pastry cream. Also comes with a DVD. Have made the pumpkin muffins with crumb topping as loaves and is a family favorite. Kids beg me to make this!
