measurements in cups, ounces and grams! clear instructions! have only made two recipes from this book (the brown sugar-raisin bread and the lemon-yogurt muffins) and they were both delicious! the reviews on amazon confused me though and i was expecting recipes that were not in this book :( but some of the reviews are dated from long before this book was published so maybe there was a different book that was remade instead of a new edition put out.

The only reason it didn't get 5 hearts is because it doesn't have weighted ingredients...for anyone who doesn't use weights to cook, consider it a 5. Every recipe I've made has been perfect (made at least 20 of them so far) and have never had any leftovers. This book has a good variety of cookies and a nice range of difficulty levels (all cookies are graded on ease at the top of the page), plus the author includes cookie characteristics (shelf life, versatility, mail-ability) which I have found quite useful. Highly recommended for cookie bakers =)
2 likes Can’t Like Unlike Like 2 likesLove it! The curry paste is a bit time consuming to make (and a bit hot for me!) but the recipes do make a lot of paste, plus most of the ingredients are duplicates for each recipe, so you can make all of them at once and then store them for use later.
We make the pineapple fried rice almost weekly, quick and easy! The noodle recipes are a bit more work, but are completely worth it. Not a quick cooking cookbook, but if you're willing to take some time, sooooo delicious!
