I bought this book at Chez Pannise last summer when I visited my sister at SFSU, and I really enjoy it. I use the pizza dough recipe quite often - I haven't tried the focaccia variations, but I am looking forward to it. It's perfect for basic things, like Heidi mentioned. Things like the roast chicken discussion are great. I will have to try the Minestrone!
