Heidi's review tipped the scales for me: Amazon's winging it my way; wanting to try all Meyer Lemon recipes, as my little tree's "cup runneth over"... >;-)

The late, great, amazing Karen introduced me to vegetarian cuisine while still at work on this wonderful book, wearing chef's toque, Mommy hat, Wifie hat, Writer's hat (...and a few others), all at the same time.  Smart/sweet/strong/funny/gentle friend and fellow-Mommy, I see her cooking everytime I refer to this book; simply the BEST! (...and very missed!)
