It's so helpful to find a cookbook that revolves around the idea of seasonal eating as well as entertaining. With that being said, it's also very easy to pick up and cook a recipe for a quiet night at home with the family. Since I am the only vegetarian in the house, it's important for the recipes to pass the "meaty" test with everyone else and it does that with flying colors.
The Bulgur Pilaf recipe has made fennel one of my new favorite ingredients and the Ratatouille is a favorite as well.
