For all his television-optimized flamboyance, Jamie Oliver definitely has a knack for flavor. I find his taste to be a little inconsistent but in this instructive tome, the Naked Chef stays true to his English Farmhouse roots and his so-simple-it's-staggering roasted heirloom carrot recipe is to die for.
