have eaten at both the tenderloing and richmond (geary @ 21/22) locations and the pho is great at both!

the food is fantastic and not only are chips free with your meal, they're hot!! and the salsa bar is great with homemade salsas. they also have $3 draft beers.

great, lively atmosphere. they have so many good, different beers on tap, but be sure to ask which come in the 'baby' glass. not all are served in pints.
