Jonny Raglan's Unnamed Cocktail.Not on the menu, but written up in SF Weekly: http://blogs.sfweekly.com/foodie/2010/07/gran_classico_an_ancient_lique.php. It's basically a modified Manhattan, but the complexity of Gran Classico really wakes it up. The Japanese breakfast is a refreshing change -- a nice piece of tender black cod with crispy skin, fragrant rice with fried wild nori, pickled veggies and an amazingly soft egg. We had the pleasure of joining a large group in their upstairs dining room for a massive, custom-ordered Chinese New Year feast orchestrated by a native Mandarin speaker. There were several very traditional Hakka dishes that required 24+ hours preparation time, like Phoenix Rising Soup, a whole chicken stewed in a cow's stomach. Everything was fabulous, and I'm sure that even their regular menu must pass muster.
