I've never been to Paris but if and when I do, Rose Bakery is the first place I plan on visiting. Yesterday I made the Rhubarb Meringue Tart and wow'd everyone in my house. Such an impressive and beautiful dessert. Sweet rhubarb paired with melt in your mouth meringue. This is a dessert you show off with at a dinner party.
