3 likes Can’t Like Unlike Like 3 likesA book that has changed my cooking. For good. When my husband offered me this cookbook 2 years ago, I was very surprised. I loved the restaurant. But I was not a good cook. I was intimidated to try restaurants' recipes. I was totally wrong. All the recipes that I tried so far are wonderfully and simply explained. And the results are always delicious.

Definitely! I hardly recommend Everyday Greens. It's a good sized cookbook (+/-350 pages). There are no pictures which disappointed me a lot at the beginning. However it's very clear. There is one recipe by page. There are some useful side texts. What I also like about this book is that Annie Sommerville gives you some tips to spread out the recipes and tells you what can be done ahead of time. I retranslated some of the recipes from the cookbook on my blog (http://tableetc.blogspot.com/). If your wife'd like to take a look and try one or two recipes before buying the book...
