As a dedicated CSA member, this book is invaluable to me! I use it several times a week by looking up an ingredient that I have on hand and want to use and finding inspiration for new flavor combinations. I make up my own recipes and concoctions, or find substitutions if I am using an actual recipe. Plus, it is fun to just browse through. I love the blurbs from chef's. It's an inspirational, informational and FUN book and I didn't know something like this existed! I recently realized that whenever I use it I spontaneously say out loud "I love this book!"
