I have been enjoying reading this book, like a novel. I am finding some good ideas such as fermentation, adding lime to corn. I read recipes and then look in my fridge to see what I have to cook with and proceed from there.
I will return to this book which is my most recent purchase. Most of my cookbooks are older and I have a very old one, over 100 years old.
