This is such a beautiful book. It is tough - unlike "I know how to cook" this is really about hardcore french cusine, but there's something about him writing about cooking French food in Australia that is so inspiring. |

Heidi his new book is coming out soon - the Guardian is posting recipes tomorrow so will send them over. Marci's right, nothing here is as simple as it looks, but it's pretty romantic and a good inspiration! |

This is a whole year of Nigel's cooking, not just recipes, but musings on food and seasons, it's really nice to get stuck into...a must have. |
