I got this cookbook from my sister-in-law, a Seattleite. She recommended the squash harvest loaf (someone else voted for it already!). I, however, got distracted by the amazing sourdoughs. I make the onion-rye loaf as often as I can; it is SO delicious and bakes beautifully. Everything I've tried has been stellar, but I keep coming back to this same dough-smudged page.
