Since then she’s become the owner of three fantastic restaurants, and the author of three excellent books (her first book hit the bestseller list in the summer of 2001).
ReFresh, the third book, written with her business partner (and recipe developer) Jennifer Houston, is a top-shelf-favourite in my library. The book nails my personal three defining requisites of a great, user-friendly cookbook.
